Women’s Excellence in Obstetrics and Gynecology Announces New Telemedicine Program for Women
Women’s Excellence offers virtual appointments to be easier and more convenient for patients.
Women’s Excellence is excited to soon offer a new Telemedicine program for women. Telemedicine visits allow patients to meet with a provider virtually utilizing a computer or mobile device with video and microphone capabilities. The Telemedicine program is scheduled to launch by April of 2019.

Women’s Excellence offers Telemedicine appointments for a variety of visits including gynecologic concerns, lab result questions and follow up, imaging results, initial consultations for specialty services, menopause, and weight program consultations. Women’s Excellence will continue to add appointment types to their Telemedicine program.
In order to schedule a Telemedicine appointment, patients will need access to a computer or mobile device with video and microphone capabilities. Although many visits can be done solely through Telemedicine, some visits will require additional office visits for blood draws and imaging.
